I had registered for fastag through hdfc bank. Completed the process on the portal and submitted the rc of the vehicle and my drivers license as document requested. I had paid 500 through hdfc bank debit card. Transaction completed but i didn’t receive any email or sms confirmation if the fastag is issued or not. Money is deducted but don’t know if fastag issued. Tried their toll free number [protected] but it’s always busy. Tried calling customer care of hdfc bank and register complain but they told to wait for 8 working day then can register the complain. I asked for any email address to register complaint and they gave me mail i’d but the mail failed to deliver and says “ sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address”. The email id provided to me was status.[protected]@sahaj.co.in which is not working. Please do the needful at the earliest to resolve my complaint.

In order to address my issue they gave me mail id which is incomplete fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com
