[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag shows invalid

Dear sir
I purchased a fastag from hdfc bank through online mode 3 months before but my fastag shows (Invalid) on all toll booths however sometimes fair has been deducted by handheld devices. My fastag has not been automatically read on any toll booth even a single time. I have called several times on 1033, they told me that my fastag is properly active further i called [protected] many times they told me go to hdfc branch. Even though hdfc bank branch didn't provide any solution. They told me that they can't do nothing in the matter. I have 410 rs balance in my fastag account. What should i do? Please help me out. I shall be highly obliged.
