HDFC Bank — fastag sticker not received

I have applied for hdfc fastag sticker on 28th aug-19, reference number hfr222328. Still i have not received the sticker. I tried calling the customer care number [protected] multiple times but no response. I'm a preferred hdfc customer and this is the first time i'm facing very bad experience with hdfc bank. Kindly request to look into this.

I have paid inr 500 from my hdfc account thorough online and inr 200 has been recharged. Below is the email i received from hdfc fastag

Dear customer,
Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 200 on 8/28/2019 7:42:17 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 200.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

Updated by mgrajkumar The address is same, the courier guy told he will come the next day but he didn't come. I have no clue about the courier so I just ignored. Can you please resend the courier to the same address again. I have sent my address details to this email id fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com
