[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Fault payment and miscommunication from bank side

I ordered a phone from flipkart on 13th june and paid using above mentioned HDFC Credit Card. Later i cancelled the order on 15th june only. Thus i got all refund as well. But credit card of HDFC made a payment for me which was unnecessary and was not known till date in any card. i mailed them the same and got call from HDFC stating sir no need to pay in next billing cycle it will be removed. i got free. again in the next month they increased the amount and said me to pay that was ridiculous as again i called them and repeated the same stating its a technical glitch when u cancelled order u need not to pay in next billing cycle it will be removed. and today morning in the third consecutive day it is imposed on me with pending balance of 1079. how is this possible i was ready to pay from the first month but from your end only executives told me not to pay then how you put dues on me with penalties. its not my mistake you can check mails and calls from your side to me even you record the same for training and quality purpose. this is disappointing and disheartening as well. resolve it at sooner as its a blunder from your side.
