HDFC Bank — faulty charge on credit card due to mistake of personnel at the reception of priority lounge | |||
Hi By way of introduction, I am Ruchi Gadhia and I have a regalia credit card in my name and my husband's name. We have been associated with this bank since much more than a decade. I have a priority pass which was issued along with the hdfc bank regalia credit card which we have used earlier This time on our international visit in March we accessed the priority lounge, while at the reception we were asked for the priority pass instead of the regalia credit card and hence we gave the priority pass, although we both had a regalia credit card due to which we have been charged a sum of approx 3800 unnecessarily. In this regard we have been following with the bank officials since 1 month and there is no proper response . We have been charged for no mistake of ours plus there is no response from the bank officials either. Such is the level of indecency that nor have they replied to the mail which they send expecting certain details nor was the person on customer helpline ready to even register complain My complain no. Registeed through the bank officials Is 'HBL=[protected]' dated 27 the July, while the complain was made wen the credit card bill was generated around 3rd of July. I even made the payment being a genuine customer on being promised by the bank officials that they would look into the matter and now I don't have a decent reply I would be awaiting a positive response and expect a full refund on the same Ruchi Gadhia [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
