[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Final Settlement and Close of Credit Card | |||||
From past December I had visited HDFC Credit Card Richmond Road Branch office three times for the final settlement & Closure of Credit Card. Ihad spoken to the Representative and she told me not to pay monthly minimum bill also for the Settlement and their will be confirmation letter/email from the branch as they have registered the complaint and once if received the mail/ letter then you can go for the settlement they said. later till the date their is no any confirm but the statement bill is increasing periodically and there is no action against this from the Branch & meanwhile the customer Support gives the call and say to pay atleast minimum bill & later you can go for settlement, but the branch says not to pay the minimum amount or else it will difficult to go for the Final settlement. Till Now there is no response from the Branch office after a frequent mail On Dt- 12 Jan, 24 Jan & today. Was this information helpful? | |||||
