[Resolved] HDFC Bank — finance charges | |||
Hello sir, i'm asim khan and my ac no. Is [protected] and credit card no-[protected] I'm shocked to know that i have been charged about rs. 1676.88 month of july in the name of finance charges, as i missed due date to pay bills, actually i was confused about the due date because customer support and notification message told me two different dates. This is really a valuable amount for me and i'm not financially strong now a days. Please reverse these charges, i'll take care of it in future and will never miss dates to pay credit card bill.
