It never asked for a pin for food card. I lost my card & now i got a new card replacing the old. But new food card is asking for pin but i was not given any pin number. Could you please reset my food card pin number & provide the same. New food card card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 7740 Kindly do the needful or let me know how to reset on my own... Verified Support Sep 10, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, You can reset your ATM PIN for prepaid through netbanking by following below steps: Log on to www.hdfcbank.com Select 'Prepaid/Forex Cards' tab under 'Login' section. Select My Request -> Set ATM PIN Select the active card (radio button) Answer the secret question and answers, mention Date of birth, card expiry details and submit.
