HDFC Bank — Food plus corporate card | |||||
My old Prepaid card is expired and i have applied for new food card on 2nd Feb. My old card no is [protected] and new card - [protected].I have sent mail to prepaidcard.[protected]@hdfc.com, srinivasan.anamalai, biswanath.dasgupta. I have not received any response from these mail id. In spite of this my new card is blocked without my knowledge. I have applied new card again and sent mail to these team, called customer care twice every week, but resolution is not provided. I have also raised complaint through phone banking - MUMC[protected]. without giving resolution complaint has been closed, when checked with customer care, they told due to some issue in back end complaint is closed without solving the issue. So i have again raised a complaint - MUMC[protected]. I have also raised complaint in HDFC Bank complaint form. Till now it is not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
