[Resolved] HDFC Bank — food plus meal card

Hi, I have been unable to use my food card ever since its been credited with the current month's allowance. There is no option to register a query or complaint in such a scenario. I am unable to check the status over the ivr because there is no such opton available. Everytime i swipe my food card, it shows declined. The prepaid and FOREX option is only valid for FOREX queries and the wait time is eternally too high. The IVR itself says that this option will only serve FOREX queries. Once i got through the loans section so that they could transfer my call however the efficient agent disconnected my call. Please suggest another route to this solution.
