At the time of issuing cr card one of your kolkata office employee named by soma by force blocked 13k for accidental policy for which deducting 650/per month & one assist for 1 year for which deducted 1399/, i sent my grievance to mr manikandan p. S. (Grievance cell officer) but still now no reply, no action nor any correspondence from his side. I paid regularly minimum due every month up to december 2018, but i stopped now due to not received any statement from june2018. My request refund my deducted amount as per soma & close my cr card a/c after intimating me out standing payment. Please forward my grievance to your higher authority to take prompt action.
