HDFC Bank — For not converting amount into emi on credit card

I visited the HDFC Bank branch on Chandigarh Rd, Sector 32A, Ludhiana, in May 2019 to know my customer id and they offered me Money Back credit card. I asked the officer there that can I convert the amount spended in to EMI, she said that you can do. After that I started doing transactions and I asked on customer helpline that EMI conversion is not available on my credit card. They said that after sometime this service will be available on your card and within 24 hours, you will receive the call from our end. But till now I didn’t received a call from them. Than I made transactions and paid the amount on time. And in between I regularly asked them for this service but didn’t got a reply. In October 2019, I purchased a mobile worth Rs. 20k on EMI. On November 1, I purchased a service of Rs. 25000 from shine.com on credit card but was unable to convert it into EMI. After that I started paying monthly dues of credit card but didn’t got a call from them. I didn’t got a call from bank regarding the amount which I took on credit card. In april 2020, I visited the nearby branch to my home in muzaffar nagar to know the status of the amount on credit card. They said that this information will be provided by helpline number. I called them but due to less manpower, they didn’t picked my call. As my amount becomes less time by time, I thought that my amount becomes less but in june 2020, I came to know that my amount remains same. I did mail to hdfc but they didn’t sent the reply to me. From that time I am regularly doing call and mail, but didn’t got a positive reply from them. On Dec 22, 2020, I got a call from Diksha that I am initiating for exceptional service of EMI conversion on your credit card. I said that I will not pay any amount because I paid the whole amount which I took. She said that you will receive a call. But I didn’t got a call. I came to know that they are charging me Rs 1100 as late payment but I paid all my payments on time. Every time I called or mailed HDFC service support, they reply that this service is not available on your card. They are not trying to solve my problem. They are doing “Dadagiri” instead of looking into matter.
