Sir/ madam, I am V. Kesavan, having savings account in chembur, Mumbai branch. My account number is [protected]. I deposited fd in chembur branch for a sum of 1032000, on 19th July 2016. Till now I didn't received any fd certificate for that amount. In net banking, fixed deposit summary also, it doesn't showing. I'm a old customer. But still I am trusting Hdfc bank. Please do the needful early as possible. I'm having only the acknowledgement that given at the time of depositing the fd. I also enclose that acknowledgement with this letter. Your Customer V.
