It is true. Customer service from HDFC is terrible. I got my card in August and currently Im unable to do online payments and it´s getting rejected when I try to pay at supermarkets or stores and they only say there are not declined transactions. Since last year Im contacting them for online payments because I was able to do it before and I didn´t get any solution now Im unable to pay with the card they aren´t giving any solution and this is the only way I can manage my money abroad. Once I´m back to India I need seriously to find a different bank.

Also, the phone numbers don´t work. There is no way for us to contact an agent who can give us a propper assistance.
