[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Forex payment is not getting done on same day | |||
Dear Sir, I have experienced two cases about this complain subject during this week. 1) On 6th May, we have submitted necessary documents well in time for making import payment, also forex rate got confirmed but even though transfer was not done on same day. When i asked for swift advice next day, i got informed that today (7th May) will do the transfer. 2) Today (8th May) also submitted everything but not received any phone call from bank for the rate so i called up bank, i got informed that due to the concern person was on leave, transfer was not done, so now will take tomorrow, Was this information helpful? | |||
