[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fraud against processing fee | |||||
This is against hbl=[protected]' pl account number for narendar tiwari. I was not informed about the processing fee from bank. They offered me top of loan without processing fee against my existing hdfc personal loan. I was informed around 11th august and i accepted loan application. Hdfc representative informed me that there will be no processing fee. However, she process my application. I got approval from the bank side and then after some time i got the beak up of the charges that was levied during the process of top of loan. And i get surprised without informing customer, bank charges heavy processing fee. I spoke with the hdfc representative for the waiver that i was not aware of that. First time they informed me it will be done as you are not aware and then i got call from anurag gupta and he said that may application was processed on 15 august and per the the company norms there is no waiver on processing fee. I informed mr anurag that i have agreed on 11 aug and from bank i got the offer without processing fee. He informed he cannot waive the processing fee he can discontinue the insurance. Being a manger he was misguiding me to cancel the insurance. As i know insurance is very important for salaried person so i have no problem with that. I strictly advice him i want waiver of processing fee at any cost or take your loan amount back. I also give example that if we provide any person any deal and that person is agree then if any one have to make any amendment then he or she need to aware the parties as bank have not aware me and they charge the processing fee without my authorisation. Then anurag assure me that he will take care of the processing fee. After 10 minutes i got call from same agent who had process the loan and she said that sir please don't escalate the case as she will lost the job and she informed me that processing fee will not waive off. I just informed her please arrange a call back from the anurag who assured me that he will take care, but till today i'm waiting for the call back from the anurag to resolve my query.
