HDFC Bank — fraud | |
Guys, please don't ever use hdfc bank for any service or product, the worst bank in the world. I have been a customer for a long time, even my salary account is in this bank. I applied for a credit card thinking that i will get good customer service. There was no response whatsoever. Then i checked my cibil score and i saw that hdfc checked my score 3-4 times in a month which resulted in a massive drop in the score. I was in high 800+ before this incident. No one ever visited me for the credit card, i dropped so many emails, raised so many complaints but nothing happened. I have decided to shift my salary account to a different bank and close my saving accounts with hdfc bank. Lets together make sure no one opens an account with them or use any of their other product, this is the worst thing you can do to yourself Was this information helpful? | |
