[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud conduction related to ergo policy | |||||
I have already complaint for this company regarding a fraud they are conducting, i have bought 2 iphones on hdfc credit card on no amount, as i started those instalments they started my hdfc ergo policy without my permission and then gave me 10-12000 bill every month where my amount should be of 6300 now even after cancellation of that policy they are not refunding my amount taken by fraud and still they are giving me bill of 9000 per month without any details, Is this just and fair?
