My name is ravi paraksh sharma and i have to purchase policy before 4 month ago
Policy - easy health hospital cash benifit
Policy no[protected]
So i have send document 2 times nad drop mail 30 time but no one has pickup my call and if any one pick the call they will take personally i have sended all valid document whenever demanded and i have proof after that i received letter claim reject so that fully wrong how can reject claim. If you will not take seriously then i have to go higher level and drop a letter in pmo office against you fraud. Unexperienced employee

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, please note that the claim registered for the aforesaid policy has been rejected by us. The repudiation letter conveying to you the details of it along with the reason has also been sent by us on December 15, 2017.
