HDFC Bank — fraud loan against policy

I am also victim of this fraud from shruti desai and rahul sharma. I submited the kyc for policy to local branch with payment dd. Policy received of rs. 650000/- but loan is not received after documentation with shruti desai and rahul sharma.
Please help me to recover the amount from shruti desai hdfclife trainer and coordinator from ludhiyana, noida, delhi and punjab. Shruti desai mob: 91 [protected]
