Current complaint no: PUNN[protected] -- old complaint no --MUMP[protected]
I have raised a complaint about fraud transaction is done via Paytm with my debit card made by anonymous person.
I explained HDFC phone banking officer more then 3 times about " fraud transaction done via Paytm which I was not instructed to pay" if you think the transaction done via my wallet then I attached my paytm statement copy for your reference.
Even I was not sent an email or called HDFC to set auto payment. also, I received a message on 9 June which 2nd transaction date. even I was not received first transaction message from HDFC bank.
Also, I was not received any OTP from the bank about the transaction.
even I was not sent any email or called them to set any transaction.
as per last email, from HDFC team closed my complaint no or service no: MUMP[protected] with above reason I provided HDFC earlier. which I was not expecting from your end.
Those 4000 rupees are my 10 days salary. please help me.
