[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fraud transaction on card | |
This is to inform you that on 29th march i received a message of emi conversion has been done on my credit card for the transaction that was made on 28th march. I have not made any payment of such amount and has blocked my card the moment i received the msg. While checking with bank executive she informed me that even she doesn’t know who the merchant is and till date they have not advised me the merchant's name and are sending me bills of that emi making me liable to pay inspite of the amount being in dispute. I have sent credit card dispute form at cc. [email protected] but till date there is not revert inspite of sending auto replies that they will get back to me within 7days. They have charged me the emi in april and now sent the bill again. This is the second time fraud activity has happened first with debit card and now with credit card. I have visited the roop nagar branch as well but there was no assistance provided and stated i need to wait for the revert from cc. Disputes. Reference number nisha acharya has given me is [protected] over the email but no action has been taken till date and last digit of my card is 6811 which is blocked. Attached is the dispute form sent.
