[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fraud transaction on my hdfc bank debit card without otp

In jan 2018 two transaction happens on my hdfc bank through debit card and i didn't received any opt, i directly got message as amount got deducted.
I file a complaint in hdfc and they told me to wait for 7 days, i called them after 10 days then they told me that process time is 3 month so i waited for that time, now when i called them they are saying that they sent me mail and which i didn't received and telling me that they have investigated the case and it is found that customer received otp and customer is responsible for this.
This is our hard work money and we keep it in our account for upcoming emi, this is the security issue with hdfc and why should customer suffer from this.

I feel sorry Jayant, I am also a victim of thier fraud. I tried reaching out to as many Managers from HDFC and all are shameless folks. I have started another thread for my complaint in a hope at least they will have some shame in open forum
