[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fraud Transcation | |||
Hi, Someone tried to make fraud transaction through my credit card but he was unable to do that as he was unable to type OTP. Transaction details:- 1.S.P Jain Institute of Ma 2.XLRI PROSPECT COLLECTIONS I receive both the messages on my phone i.e [protected]. At the same I called the HDFC credit card department but they refused to help me even they were not interested to help me. They simply told me to block the card which I did. I requested the concern person to track as I got the message with my card number. Please do the needful and please take strict action against the HDFC credit card department.
