I am totally dissatisfied with hdfc 's services and security system.. I have loads of pathetic experiences with this bank owing to which i am at the receiving end of it.
Time and again i am being cheated with its services..
A fraud has withdrawn an amount of rs 12, 000 from my a/c using my cloned debit card. I have no idea where did that fraud get my debit card number and pin from.
All the complaints, fir have been registered by me also i have the complaint number (Which off course is useless)
I want my amount as soon as possible and i am not requesting anybody as it is my hard earned money. Moreover it's employees that too of sector 14 gurgaon branch are useless and least interested, and hardly bothered to listen to our complaints..
To hell with your employees, hire a training manger for them who would train them on how to deal with your customers.
Please find the attached documents and give me at least a chance to trust you
