I am a hdfc credit card holder.
One day i received a phone call from your customer executive named neha sukla. She called from phone number[protected].
She convinced me saying that the invested money towards one hdfc ergo health insurance policy will be return back to me after some verification process completion and the same verification has been done that day. But after a week a fire insurance policy has been activated in my account and rs.10199 has been debited from my credit card.
She has clearly told me that no money will be debited from my account after the verification process. She has also given the above contact number for further assistance. Now this number is always saying busy. Once someone picked my call also and kept me on hold after few minute they cut off the phone call.
I strongly object this fraudulent activity and request justice from you. Otherwise i shall close my hdfc cc a/c and will complaint to higher legal authority. More over i will share my experience in the social media to make aware everybody about this type of fraudulent activity done by hdfc credit card department.
Hope you will take necessary corrective measure and revert my money back.
