To hdfc team, This is to inform you that we have paid full due amount on last month feb 10, then what is the purpose of charging finance charges rs. 522 and rs.90 gst on feb 16th.. Guys after payment of full due and awaiting for card close, it's unnecessary charges deducting from your end. Really frustrating service we facing from your side always. Check the total available credit card, 16k and we paid on feb 10 and after that it's came to rs. 15, 382. I need immediate refund of rs.618 within monday.
