[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fraudulent debit from my account | |||||
I have made a transaction previously with a service provider 'whoeasy.com" for which i have been charged a sum of ₹1331.13 on 13.03.17 I have raised this iasue with the HDFC bank but i did not received any response from them. Today, again a debit of ₹1033.97 has been charged from my credit card towards whoeasy.com without my confirmation for the second time. I state these two debit are fraudulent ones and i am claiming for a refund towards these debits. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My credit card bill was 15500. And I have paid bill of 13000 before due date. Now the interest of 3.5% should be calculated on remaining amount i.e. 2500. But they calculated on total bill amount 15500. This is not at all logical as then there is no meaning of paying any amount if they calculate interest on total bill amount.
