[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Fraudulent policy issued no. CP000008

Sir, I took a housing loan from hdfc bank.But while signing the bulk of documents they got my signatures on proposal form of hdfclife fraudantly & issued me policy with premm. of rs. 162318.18


Policy no CP000008 in the name of Ajay Srivastava.D.O.C. 31/01/2014
Along with the housing loan the policy premm. is paid by hdfc bank.Now bank is charging the premm. along with my housing loan emi and along with interest.


Pl. cancel my policy & get the money refunded. As I already have aterm plan of 50 lac. sum assured.
Pl. refund my money at the earliest.I contacted Ombudsman but they told me to contt. you first.
