[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fraudulently increasing interest by non closing my loan and credit card and harassment

I have a loan account which i give letter and information to closed my loan account from collateral security due to finance break and fraudulent service on my credit card, when hdfc representative come to visit my home and several call attended informed through same. But instead of closing my loan they increased and harassing me by sending my unknown people to my home.
Unknown because, they stats hdfc representative but when i go to bank till date non of the person/staff i able to find. Hdfc manager says all person are change. They are not available.
Through this way they neither closed my loan and credit card. I forward online request of closed and formally visited hdfc bank guwahati khanapara branch several time like 10 times.

2013, i logged first to closed the credit card. My credit card death and no transaction still they are increasing my bill on zero transaction.

My loan account facing same problem. This is 4th month i forwarded formal letter to close the loan but they didn't processed it till date.

I need no discussion any more. Where I had already called and discussed over phone thousand times and attend HDFC representative and HDFC Bank Manager too personally, physically visiting HDFC Bank Office and through writing. So, no more discussion formally or informally. Sort the matter and give your final decision for close the matter as per 2013 dated log-in.
