[Resolved] HDFC Bank — freezing account without notice | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am sad to inform you that my bank account cust id 4518875 has been frozen by your bank. Neither am I able to do any online transaction nor does the debit card work on merchant outlets or ATM machines. Kindly also note that the same has been done without informing me through any channel. Therefore, any excuse now of Security of account due to suspicious activity is malafide. Kindly note that all my SIPs have also not been deducted leading to financial loss to me. It is a clear intent of malafide intentions which is visible. My so called personal banker who has not even given a call ever has also not thought it essential to interact on this and my mail on the net banking website has gone unanswered by the bank. Kindly treat this mail as a legal notice which I treat it as such, if you wish to and respond to the reasons for this arbitrary decision. Also, kindly activate the account immediately with damages/compensation for the financial and mental agony caused.
