[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fund on hold for not a big reason | |||
I am a privileged customer of hdfc bank for 10 years. I was away from country for 2 months during that time i missed to pay credit payment. They hold my entire fund in my account and made all my emi to get bounced. It was so frustrating and i couldn't access my account as well. Bank has no clear information. Cc ivr is not working as well. Pathetic service from hdfc bank and credit cards. Was this information helpful? | |||
