[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fund related | |||
I have deposited a cheque vide cheque number 898325 at hdfc sec-10 branch on[protected]. Till date there is no response from the bank to clarify the same. I have visited hdfc, sec-10 branch and them came to know that cheque delivered by bsa courier. I have tried so many time to contact the courier service for follow-up but there is no response the mentioned phone number :[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Then i have submitted a formal complaint on hdfc bank portal and received a call from[protected] on[protected] at 6:47pm which was missed but i have called back on the same number three times but no positive response received from the banks end. Now i just want to know my cheque status is it with hdfc bank or with bsa courier??? This is the first time experience with hdfc bank for this kind of services.
