[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fund transferred through neft not credited

I have transferred money amounting to Rs 48, 790 on 28th March 2018 through NEFT but the money hasn't been credited to the other person(Bhandara District Central Co-op Bank account holder) till now and the money has been deducted from my account. Tried calling Customer Care but "Their executives are busy" even after more than 30 minutes of hold.

Please Email us the beneficiary account statement at [protected]@hdfcbank.com in case the beneficiary has not received the funds to enable us to assist you further.
