[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Gold loan Account overdue

Please note my gold loan Account no.29689731 Std.12.09.2014 for Rs.1, 17, 800 ...I would like to forward my serious complaint towards the same account that the same Account has been closed & fully repaid on 10.06.2015 in cash Rs.1, 17, 800 at your Mira Road branch ( 0665) & at the same day your Mira Road branch has issued loan release order ( Ref.: Index No.29689731 Std.10 Jun 2015 ) to me...hence, the above said loan account indicate " Active" with overdue for Rs.1, 17, 800 till today in CIBIL report ... Please treat the matter is very serious & you have to update as " Account Closed with " 0" bal. Outstanding dtd. 10.06.2015 in my CiBIL account...due to your mismanagement i m in trouble to get Housing loan... Please clear the same & update in CIBIL immediately...I want the same in writing with your prior confirmation...This is last & final reminder to you.. waiting your positive response without delay within 2 working days...Regards, Sanjay Arjun Sondkar, mob.no.[protected]/ [protected]
