[Resolved] HDFC Bank — got a new statement after I requested for closure of credit card | |||||
I received a life time free credit card from your employee, after which they recharged my mobile with 100rs which i never requested, i got a bill of 472rs which i paid and requested for a closure of credit card, but after a 10 days i received another statement which says renewal of membership for which i have to pay 1281rs. Which is extremely unfair as i have never used your and your employee said its a life time free card Was this information helpful? | |||||
