[Resolved] HDFC Bank — got a new statement after I requested for closure of credit card

I received a life time free credit card from your employee, after which they recharged my mobile with 100rs which i never requested, i got a bill of 472rs which i paid and requested for a closure of credit card, but after a 10 days i received another statement which says renewal of membership for which i have to pay 1281rs. Which is extremely unfair as i have never used your and your employee said its a life time free card

As per our records, First year membership fee of Rs. 1000.00 and Late payment fee of Rs. 280.78 has been reversed on January 14, 2018. This credit will reflect in your next monthly statement.
