HDFC Bank — got a torn note from atm

I hold an hdfc account through which i withdrew rs 20000 on 28thfeb on receiving money from atm that is located inside the office, i was surprised to find fully torn note of rs 2000 further joined by cellotape, i was told to office person who handle hdfc account he suggest to visit branch to get the currency changed in working hours, i went there and talk to praveen garg, he directly denied and said talk to customer care, i can give guarantee, i am not able to lodged the complaint till now.

Please help me out.

Updated by Yogendrak HDFC bank you have notified this complaint on 15th March still I didn't get the resolution, should I have used the social media like Facebook, Instagram to resolve this issue.
