[Resolved] HDFC Bank — got the reversal message but money didn't came in account

Hi team,

I have done 2 transactions.

1. Irctc : i booked the ticket but later i cancelled the ticket & got a message from hdfc bank that my account is reversed/credited with the amount, but it is not reflecting in my bank account.

2. Makemytrip (Amazon pay payment mode): i have booked and cancelled a hotel, for this also i got the reversal message but the amount is not credited back.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Kindly write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with ref ID- TTU[protected] in the subject line, mentioning the account number or registered mobile number of the card through which the transaction is initiated along with the date and amount of transaction. Will assist you better.

Someone withdraw my 40000 rs through debit card at atm haveli phagwara. I have not disclose my atm no. or pin code to anyone. I think Someone did my ATM Cloning.

I got coupon from HDFC BANK to place order through and accordingly I have placed the order for Benetton woman BR watch. However I got delivery of a different watch not suitable to me (o[censored]NISEX watch.) I do not want this this and want to return the wrong item delivered and get refund. Please help. Thanx
