Dear Sir
This is to bring to your attention that a Car Loan with a/c no. 58324861 in the name of Mr. Ram Phal is running with your bank. The registration no. of the car is DL 8C AU 5609. I have been regularly paying the installments since the disbursement of the loan i.e[protected]. But now I am facing below mention issues:
1. At the time of the disbursement of the loan, I was told that i had to get a GPS tracker installed in my car of M/s Match Point to make it safe in case of any theft. There was no severe need of the device but I was still forced to buy that along with the loan. And this was narrated considering my age i.e being a senior citizen. The mis selling of the product was being carried out for the price of Rs. 18, 900/- and this amount was added to my loan amount as well. I have not missed any installment yet and continuously paying the EMIs regularly. The warranty of the device is for 5 years.
2. Now the device is not working properly. I tried to contact with the company via toll free number but it didn’t succeed. I dropped a mail regarding the issue to the company as well on[protected]. I then got a reply on[protected]that due to the KYCs deficiency, the device was made disable. But I did not receive any mail and Information regarding any KYC updation.
3. Now the company is saying that the KYC will be done and the device will be activated after a visit of an engineer. And I will have to bear the visit charges of the engineer.
4. Now I want to ask if I am regularly paying the cost of the device and without informing me about the KYC issue, the device is made disable before the tenure of 5 years, then why would I bear the cost of the visit. Moreover, it is very sad to say that the bank has mis selled the product and now no one is cared about the trouble I am facing. Even I have not received any Information about the engineer yet when he will be visiting.
I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and get it resolved by either getting the device activated or refunding the entire amount for the device that was no needed to be sold that time.
Thanks & Regards
Ramphal Bhardwaj
