[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassing to repay whole credit card amount after settlement amount

Hi sir,

My hdfc credit card got settled and they asked me to pay 6 installments
So, i agreed and took settlement letter.
First installment i paid through cash and i gave 5 cheques to hdfc people.
They with drawn 3 cheques properly and 4 th cheque tey are not able to withdraw due to sign mismatch.
But i dont know i signed properly and gave to them. 5 th cheque also tehy with drawn.
After that they called me and asked to pay 4th installment. I dont know how to pay through online. They said navigation i followed and i paid that also.
But, now they are asking to pay whole credit card amount again

Please help me out of this
