[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassment by hdfc bank for kyc form at bank branch | |||
Though i have submitted kyc form online multiple times (Hdfc rejected them without any proper reason mentioned to me) and all my details including aadhar number and current address are up to date, hdfc bank is harassing me to reach bank branch and submit kyc form. I work monday to saturday and cannot take a day off for just this and loose my livelihood. But hdfc is not ready to understand all this and not even ready to send any agent to get it done, but keep harassing me and threatening me that my savings account will be freezed. Rbi mandated aadhar card alone but hdfc is harassing on the name of rbi for kyc form. Was this information helpful? | |||
