[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassment by hdfc executive | |
Dear sir, i have availed hdfc credit card as long as 5 years back. I was regularly paying the dues.. I got shifted to my native place and hence i couldn't change the address as the address given was my earlier office address.. Meanwhile my credit card got upgraded with no. — card number. So far i have not received the upgraded card and it is still with hdfc bank.. I have made final outstanding amount of rs.10000/-in one payment in the month of nov 2016 and thereby my cc account got closed and dues are settled... After a gap of 7 months, again this july, all of a sudden, one of hdfc executive called up and said that there's an outstanding amount of rs. 1490/-. I have clearly explained to him that ther's no such dues. I got a call today from another hdfc executive and he harassed me using filthy languages. His conduct was unruly which left me with no option except to seek legal remedy.. He disrespected me inspite of being reminded to be professional.. I would like you to take appropriate action on that executive or agent inorder to safeguard the interest and dignity of the customers. Was this information helpful? | |
