HDFC Bank — harassment by loan recovery agent - mamta

Due to some personal reasons, I was one month overdue of my personal loan EMI. I told them I will clear all the dues by 3rd September because I will be paid by that date. Still, this lady Mamta sent few people to my house to create a ruckus and on the call, she started bad mouthing me. I am wondering how HDFC can share our personal details with these scoundrels and let them harass us. This has caused mental harassment to me and my family. I need immediate intervention in this regard.
