[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassment - frequent calls - personal loans

I have registered my Mobile number on national DND list.
I have also registered the same mobile number on Do not Call Distrub registration on HDFC Bank Site.
Till I am receiveing call from HDFC.
Every day I get at least two calls. I have blocked more than 90 phone numbers of them.
I want to sue them on immediate basis due to my mental frustration.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We regret any inconvenience you may have faced. Request you to write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with your Phone number from which calls, Date & time of received on call and the reference id TTU[protected]. A bank representative shall contact you as soon as we receive this information We would also like to caution you against posting sensitive information such as your Account number/Mobile number on a public forum.

Its horrible. Every other day i get a call from HDFC for personal loan.

This has to stop ASAP.
