HDFC Bank — harassment from hdfc credit card agents

Hello,

I have a hdfc credit card - my registered phone number is [protected]. The card number ends with 5340. I have made payments (All pending) as 3 payments on 20th and 21st dec 2019 each and i have records for all the payments. When i got the sms from hdfc bank, it says that card number ending with 6048 - and i still keep getting calls / whatsapp from hdfc bank folks saying pending payments are there. Over last 1 week i have got several calls without respecting my privacy or personal commitments. I was in a bunch of death rituals (Of a family member). I want hdfc bank authorities to quickly close this issue and ensure i have a fair treatment. I also request to help close my credit card account.

Updated by Balakrishnan Sreenivasan This does not help. Only providing another contact information (btw email address does not work and it bounces) is not appropriate. Hdfc bank should write what they have done to resolve this
