HDFC Bank — Harassment from HDFC RECOVERY Agents

Hi

I am HDFC customer from a long time. I have gone through a lot during the Lock down as being in the Tourism Industry I was jobless from March 2020 to Dec 2020. I have just started working in Jan. It had been a tough year. However the govt helped with the Monatorium for a limited time. When Monatorium was over the calls started coming in and I told them I am Jobless then I came to know that they are going to convert my salary account to saving A/c as salary was not credited... how can it be possible when I am Jobless.
Next thing was that since I did not pay the Credit card amount which was 128000 it became 141000( I can understand the various charges) but then they kept my account in negative balance of 141000 because of which I was not able to pay the ecs payments of my other loan and I had to make alternate payments through my friends Account to ABFL.
Then they did restructuring of my credit card and that too without my consent or in written. And I had sent mail also that I dont want restructuring and give me some time and I will arrange fund and make a payment as I dont want to pay another 3% for preclosure. I again paid 499 which was a minimum due of some emi of the same card. Then finally I get a call from them to confirm the cancellation of restructuring and then the next morning I start getting call from the recovery Agents and harassing me by keeping on calling me. I attended one call and one women spoke to me and said that I have to pay 27000 on urgent basis and I told at the moment I can't coz I just started my Job and arranging funds.
She told me that I cant wait and all and I said also repeatedly that I cant talk on phone during working hours so she said give me alternative number I said i dont have then she insisted on another number I said call me on my number. And then they still kept on calling. I dont have my phone with me during working hours but it keeps ringing and same thing happened today and I reached a point to complain.
Oh ya I forgot to mention now my account was on negative 5200 as charges coz of bounce of ECS why it happened?? Cos they had kept my account in -141000 and it is not that I did not pay the dues I have a good repayment in ABFL ...
Pls help me with this anyone as I cant handle this harassment and injustice from the Bank even after being with them for so long .

While updating this complaint I am still getting calls I lost what I was typing and I have to type all over again. These recovery people are torturing me . Please HDFC CCare. No one from HDFC has reached me by email or call I'm sure they will have my details in their system I have mentioned my customer Id
