[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Harrassment me from last 5 months by debit unnecessary charges from my credit card acount

Dear sir am very unhappy with your credit card services they always and every months from last few months depit unnecessary charges from my credit card ac am compaint this to many times to you but no any action taken by your side your executives cheat with me by depit unnecessary charges frm my ac now what can i do am lose my lots of money now they depit unnecessary charges last months and present month plz refund my my money and plz dont harrassment me

I am the beneficiary and I was credited an amount through imps From hdfc account to my hdfc account on 6th January 2017 Ref . no :[protected]A1.. Till now amount not credited in my account and not returned to the sender's account.. Please help resolving..

I am a customer of HDFC bank my customer ID 35302274 for past 60days in our area ATM is not working in my location we have 3 ATM and a bank avaliable howere i am unable to take money from any of the ATM so i am request to sort this out asap

HDFC netbanking ''Add Beneficiary" does not work. If you enter a valid IFSC code it does not find it. If you search for IFSC code using bank and branch name it still does not find the IFSC code. Finally unable to add a Payee for NEFT/IMPS.
