To Change your mailing address with the Bank, you need to submit self-attested scanned copy of your Address Proof.
Following documents are accepted as Address Proof for Resident CUSTOMER.
1) Passport
2) Driver License
3) Voter's Card
4) Aadhaar (Smart Aadhar card is not accepted and downloaded Aadhar copy should not be older than 30 days)
5) Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
6) Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name & address
If submitting Aadhaar, please mask the 1st 8 digits of the Aadhaar number e.g XXXX XXXX 1234

Note: For documents in Foreign Language (Language other than English), please upload Non English Language Declaration Form along with the respective document which is in Foreign Language. Kindly click here for the format of the Declaration.

This facility is available for both Resident and NR CUSTOMERs.
Please keep your self- attested Address proof ready for uploading. In case your request for Address change is rejected, you will be informed by Email. Please ensure your Email ID is updated with us.
Address change will be updated for the applicant across all his/her relationships including CREDit cards with HDFC Bank. Joint account holders will have to submit a separate application for address change.
