Updated by JadhavPrathamesh I have been using Hdfc bank for almost 4 years and this is my worst ever experience over the last 20 days .If this is the case what is the use of this kind of Account which is useless .Even after changing the address recently 1-2 weeks before and getting verified by Hdfc Branch (Mazgaon, Mumbai ) Manager Shoaib Khan, even today I got message of Hdfc account block .As my salary will be credited by 25th this month, I will be forced to look for alternative option if this issue is not resolved in couple of days .
Worst experience ever !!!

Updated by JadhavPrathamesh It's getting more and more irritating now, already address changed and verified by Hdfc Mazgaon Branch, Mumbai and also service request[protected] is raised by Hdfc Mazgaon Branch (Mumbai ) to restore my Hdfc account after low severity memo was put on my account, still today there was block placed on my account .
I didn't expected this kind of behaviour from HDFC !!!

Updated by JadhavPrathamesh Without hdfc executive contacting me regarding the issue, i have received sms that service request[protected] has been closed .What kind of service hdfc is providing I am not able to understand .Simply pathetic !!!

Updated by JadhavPrathamesh My salary is supposed to come by tomorrow .What I will do with this block account .I need to clear some important transactions .Even after doing all the things required it has been now 20 days my account is still blocked .This is worst experience I am facing by HDFC bank.
I am of the opinion that bank if forcing me to look for alternative option .

Updated by JadhavPrathamesh Hdfc bank is taking it's customers for granted .It's been 21 days still my issue is not resolved .No positive response .I will definitely switch to other banking service in near future if this is the case

Updated by JadhavPrathamesh I have come to know from one of the HDFC executive that this issue of mine is pending from Technical team, but the person handling this issue is on leave and he will be available after couple of days .So no other person apart from him can look into this matter ?Can i escalate this to higher authority ?I am again repeating this here that i have to perform some important transactions today .
Hope HDFC bank technical team understands my concern and look into this and resolve this issue asap by EOD today itself

Updated by JadhavPrathamesh No value of money for hdfc bank .My services are down since 21 days and issue is not resolved yet till date .Even after communicating to bank again and again that I needed to do some important and urgent transaction today, they are still delaying the process

Updated by JadhavPrathamesh am not getting any help from online support team as well as no positive response from nearby hdfc bank centre .If this is the case then in near future I will be switching to other banking services, when in need I didn't got any help from your side .

No one has contacted me yet .Very slow process from your end, if this is not going to get resolved soon, then kindly proceed with closing this hdfc account .
Very poor service, I have visited nearby Hdfc branch (Mazgaon) multiple times also contact Hdfc executive many times but no positive response till now.Hdfc branch (Mazgaon) has emailed to some team for getting this issue resolved, but they are not getting positive response from them .It is getting delayed too much .
