HDFC Bank — hdfc bank/ amount on hold for gefu

My amount of rs 565 is put on hold from hdfc bank I have been using my account for last 2 years. my customer id is 75515081. I am not sure of what it is been held. I was in an emergency when i asked someone to transfer the amount. Need an explanation for what it is been held of.
